CREATING A NEW IDENTITY

Our assignment: develop a logo, tag line, color scheme and website aimed at communicating to a Medicaid patient population. The added challenge: introduce them to an entirely new concept called a Medical Health Home. The project was grant funded, and the website was to be created and housed on the parent organization’s custom Content Management System (CMS). The look and feel was to be simple and approachable, to speak to the diverse Brooklyn population. Among other deliverables, we provided a series of logos and varying color schemes for the client to pick from. They choose the logo which combines the B for Brooklyn with a heart like symbol, completed by the tagline. The site was solely to be an informational, basic website with the purpose of answering questions of referred patients. It was launched in early 2013, and due to the CMS limitations is not a responsive site.
